PEG was initially engaged to develop and execute project controls systems for a $1Billion + SAGD project. PEG’s controls group was able to forecast final project costs 18 months prior to completion. PEG was further engaged for the following $1Billion + project and executed in a similar manner and to create project control processes to be implemented corporately for all major projects.
These activities provided our clients with accurate forecasting of final project costs allowing clients to reallocate up to $250 million in capital.
